Comprehensive Fertility Screening (with blood test) ~$420* (before GST)

Use of MediSave for IVF Related Procedures

To help couples better afford the cost of treatment for Assisted Conception Procedures (ACP), Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident couple may withdraw $6,000 for the first cycle, $5,000 for the second cycle and $4,000 for the third and subsequent cycles from their or their spouse’s MediSave account. A lifetime Medisave withdrawal limit of $15,000 per patient for ACP applies.

Up to $15,000 per patient to pay for Assisted Conception Procedures, which may include treatments such as IVF, in the following amounts:

  • $6,000 for the first cycle,
  • $5,000 for the second cycle,
  • $4,000 for all subsequent cycles

CARE IVF – Approved Institution under MediSave and MediShield Life Scheme

As CARE IVF is an approved institution under MediSave and MediShield Life Scheme, our nurses are able to assist our patient with their claims from their fertility treatment. Please get in touch with our nurses at the centre for information on payment options or if you intend to use your MediSave for your fertility procedures.

Appointments are generally made following acceptance of a referral letter from a doctor, detailing any relevant information regarding the couple’s fertility history and results of any tests previously carried out. Your doctor will need to forward us all the necessary information about your case, including copies of previous test results.

Non-referrals:

Couples who do not have a doctor can personally arrange an appointment by calling or emailing Centre for Assisted Reproduction Pte Ltd (CARE) directly. Alternatively you can use the form here. Please do remember to bring along copies of any previous test results you may have to your first appointment.
